Convercent is an independent third-party service for reporting matters of concern, and is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Submissions may be made confidentially and anonymously, and reports from Convergent may be investigated by persons designated by the TransDigm audit committee, which may include members of the audit committee, TransDigm’s general counsel, independent auditor, chief financial officer and vice president of human resources.
